Opened DVD's: There will be no refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective and a suitable
replacement cannot be remedied. If a product is defective, we will replace that product
with another dvd.

We here at AAn Multimedia Publishing truly believe that you have the right to privacy
to order your adult DVD's. All Orders are Shipped to you via UPS in a plain package.
There will be no indication of your product being shipped to you that it is of an
adult nature. We understand and respect your privacy.

on order forms will be used when a user requests specific information, such as shipping date or
the status of a particular item. Financial information is required in an order to process payments.
